Are you convinced the public IP address starting with 24x.... is reachable from outside (the wild Internet) and no ISP filter is blocking the access? All I can say is that this 24x.... isn't a private RFC1918 address or in a scope for carrier grade NAT, because this would be 100.64.0.0/10 according to the RFC6598 if I have it right.

Does your router show this very same 2xx IP address assigned on the WAN/Internet port of your MR60 router?

The same IPv4 like .... ?
