WN2000RPTv2 set up help please

I've had this extender for months and have not had any luck in setting it up. I follow all the directions, and get to the last screen of the setup genie, connect my devices and hit continue. Then I always get message that it is not in range and can not complete setup. The extender is sitting less than a foot from the modem/router. Not sure what else to do. Thanks!

    Tried several factory resets and setup manually and wps, still unable to get through final review. :mad:

    WPS will not connect extender to router it's only for connections to extender. In setup are you using a PC?

    I am having a similar problem! I'm able to get through the setup wizard and after hitting the connect button a "page cannot be found" browser window pops up. The only way to get back to the wizard screen is to do a factory reset. I have been trying to submit a ticket through customer support, but it doesnt appear to be going anywhere. And since it's a refurb w/o a serial #, they wont allow me to submit a claim any other way! >:-( Can somebody here in the forums help?
