hi, i was wondering if anyone knows a fix for this. when i’m connected to my wifi i got a great internet speed, but on my computer connected via ethernet i’m at like 60mbps

How are you speed testing with the PC connected to the EX? Speed test app?
What is the connection rate seen on the PCs ethernet adapter? Should see 1000Mpbs.
What speeds do you see with wireless devices?
What is the brand and model# of the host wifi router the EX is connected too?
EX in Extender mode?
What FW is loaded on the EX?
What is the distance between the EX and the host wifi router?
