2.4G wireless network down after firmware update V1.0.9.34_10.2.36

Hi,

I don't know why, but my 2,4Ghz wirless network is down and it's impossible to correct this.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem ?

How do you know it is down?

What does the LED on the top show?

What does ATTACHED DEVICES or NETWORK MAP show?

You are using SMART CONNECT, is it possible all devices are dual band and will usually connect to the 5Ghz band automatically.

Have you disabled SMART CONNECT and tested to see if this fixes it?

See the screen capture in the first post, the 2,4G network had a red cross, not the 5G

LED 2,4 OFF / LED 5 ON

What does ATTACHED DEVICES or NETWORK MAP show?

Nothing special, all devices that can connect in 5G are present

Yes i try, but the 2,4G was still OFF

In fact what happens and to explain better is that I have a SONY HAP-S1 amplifier and when I want to connect to the SSID is broadcast, and my amplifier does not see it. While it worked very well before the update.

Sorry, I did miss the RED CROSS...

OK, the Sony I assume can ONLY connect to the 2.4Ghz band... and that too confirms it is not present.

In settings, IS it  ENABLED for Broadcast? Set the Security to NONE as well to be sure it can be connected too.

That LED being off could indicate a problem though, best contact NG support but before that I'd test and restore the old firmware.

I just found in the many parameters.... yeeeessss !
I went to Advanced Setup -> Wireless Settings -> Advanced Wireless Settings (2.4GHz b / g / n) -> Enable Wireless Network

And there, my amplifier see my SSID and I was able to connect again
