2 independent WiFi networks in the same area using 2 routers and 2 ISP

I want to set up 2 independent WiFi networks using 2 routers and 2 ISP.in the same area.

How to set up so they do not interfere with each other?

   Don't connect the two Ethernet LAN segments.  Run the radios on
different channels.

   Pretty much the same as you'd do if you had a neighbor with a
wireless router (and a different ISP).

Both routers are set at 192.168.1.1 so cannot sign into both as admin. I guess the routers will have to have different addresses. But what address?

   "sign into both" from _where_?  Which part of "Don't connect the two
Ethernet LAN segments" was unclear?

   "do not interfere" is easiest with "do not connect".  What, exactly,
does "independent" mean to you?  What do you expect to be able to do?
What do you expect to be unable to do?

   Set the LAN IP address to "192.168.2.1"?  "192.168.3.1"?  It doesn't
matter much to me.  Web search for "He say six, I say seven. He say
seven, I say eight."

   ADVANCED > Setup > LAN Setup : LAN TCP/IP Setup : IP address
