2 x R7000 Nighthawks - Ethernet Printing Just Stopped

I have 2 Nighthawks R7000's that have worked fine until today

Nighthawk 1 has:

2 PC's connected via Ethernet

1 Printer connected via Ethernet

The printer has stopped working and when I try to add another printer through Win7, the printer no longer shows up in the options.

Nighthawk 2 has:

1 PC connected via Ethernet

4 PC's connected via WIFI

1 Printer connected via Ethernet

The PC's are running Win10 and work fine regardless how they are connected.  The printer has stopped working as well and no longer shows up in the options when adding a Printer through the PC.

The firmware is up to date on both devices and both devices are less than 12 months old.

Why two?  Connected how?  Configured how?

What are the LAN IP addresses of these devices?

Open a Command Prompt (CMD.EXE) window, and run an "ipconfig"
command.  Report the "IPv4 Address" of a computer which is connected to
each router.

   Which "The printer"?

> The firmware is up to date on both devices [...]

An actual version number would be more helpful than your estimate of
what might be "up to date" today.
