2G issue and one channel 5G - Terrible Service Experience
Wow! First night it works then next morning it's screwed up. The 2G in inaccessible and the 5G-2 channel is intermettently dropping. On top of that trying to get service assistance is a disaster. The IVR does not respond to i-Phone button and the IVR continues to do its on thing. You cannot register your Case #. And on top of it I see that you only provide 90 days of cost free service. If your firmware causes this type of mess at any point I own it you should fix it for FREE!
I'm stuck on hold but I'm not impressed with the NetGear product or Service model. To rely on community is lazy given we're paying premium prices. If not fixed this baby is going back Pronto!
