5Ghz - 2 Wifi speed Slower than 5Ghz - 1

Hello,

I have been having issues with my second 5Ghz Wifi speed. The speed is roughly 75% slower than the 5Ghz -1. Is anyone else having this issue?

Have you tried to adjust the wireless channel?

Hey Darren,

I have changed the Wifi channel a few times. I did call into Netgear and they told me to reset the router and reconfigure all my settings. Which actually helped get the speed back up to my 150 mbs subscription from my ISP. Its been a few days and my 5Ghz-2 is back to its slow speeds. Currently, my 5Ghz 2 is pumping out a whopping 24mbs when i should be close to 150mbs.

The firmware is up to date. I have tried turning off/on the router a few times and nothing is working. I dont really want to reset the router again.

Any suggestions?

Several times per week, download performance of the 5g drops to 2 Mbps. The upload stays at my cable limit.
I hit apply in the wireless settings, and the performance is restored. 2g remains good.
