AC1200 Dual Band WiFi Range Extender(EX6120) RMA not progressing

Hi,

 

I have purchased a new EX6120 wifi extender which was not working.  Support engineer raised RMA and requested to handover the device in service centre and infromed i will get the working replacement in a weeks time. It is already 1.5 months.

I have called helpdesk atleast 15 times, everytime i get a response that they don't know the status and supervisor will call back, but that never happens.  I am really doubting if this is a scam callcentre run on the name of Netgear.

You should know that this community is essentially a user-to-user venue for help with technical issues, with some input from a small band of Netgear techies.

 

Dealing with warranty stuff is way out of our league.

 

If you are having no luck through official channels, which are probably clogged up with covid chaos, your only option here is to see if one of the handful of Netgear moderators cab step in. @Christian_R, @ChristineT or @DexterJB maybe able to help.
