AC1900 R6900P 5ghz wont show

Some weeks ago my 5ghz just dissapeared, I had it as a hidden network. Ive tried to unplug and plug, and factory reset. The 5ghz light has lit up all along but the network wont show even when i enabled SSID broadcasting and after factory resetting. It too doesnt seem to work when i enable smart connect as i only get 80 mbps of the 200 that I used to get with 5ghz and still get with ethernet. Please help
