Aren't you proud. Now that we know what you have, what is your issue/question?

Among other problems, which should be obvious, those are two
different products, leaving the non-psychics in your audience to guess
at absolutely everything.

What's stopping you?
It would be nice if someone in this thread would provide some trace
of a useful problem description.
"I can't start my car."
What would you say that I should do?
"Can't" is not a useful problem description. It does not say what
you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.
Let's imagine that someone here has an R7000.
Why?
What's connected to what, how?
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for the
LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot".
Hire someone who's clever enough to ask a question (even if she can't
answer it)?

Re: AC1900/R7000
Cannot is not a good description. What have you done? what were the results. We are blind at this end with the info you have provided. Might start with what is the modem model you are connecting to?
