This AC1900 - R7000 SW Firmware version:
This unit continues to shudown and not connect to the internet. The ISP provider indicates that thier signal has been up continuously. This happen almost everyday and sometime a few times per day. The NetGear Genie program often does not recognize the interrupption nor will it fix the issue and I am unable to close the app unless I perform a force quit. Many time after the forced quit the Netgear Genie still does not recognized the connection to the internet. Any suggestions?

The A7000 is a WiFi USB Adapter. You have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Home WiFi Adapters and Powerline. (This is easily done, given Netgear's impenetrable community structure.)
