AC1900 WiFi Router Model R6900 QOS setup different from manual

I have an AC1900 model R6900 wifi router and I'm trying to set the QOS settings for better streaming video but what I'm reading in the manual I don't see in the actual modem setup. If I log into setup click Advanced> setup> QOS setup> I'm according to the manual supposed to see a DOWNSTREAM QOS check box, all I see are two tabs one is QOS tab which has enable QOS the other is a WMM WiFi Multi Media Tab to enable WMM for 2.4Gh and a 5.0Gh why is this happening at first I was using the manual for the R7000 now I have the correct manual but still have a problem
