AC1900 and Verizon Fios
We have had our Nighthawk AC1900 as our router for our Verizon Fios since last December. This morning our power went out. Verizon Fios is working but our router is not. We do not know why! We seem to recall a post somewhere explaining that the setup instructions for the Nighthawk are backwards or confusing. Can anyone help with this? Thanks

What actual router is it? AC1900 is a speed
what fios gateway is it connected to?
If you go to netgear.com/support/ type in your actual model number. It'll take you go guides, firmware, and manuals.
what are the led's on it doing?

Re: AC1900 and Verizon Fios
It's an R7000. We already talked to Verizon and they say everything is correct from the ONT. All the LED's on the router are working as they have in the past.
