Bought this unit from Harvey Norman. After trying to setup, discovered that it had been used, as t had been configured. Reset, and got it working, but I cannot register the product, as it is already registered to someone else. Netgear does not provide anyway to contact the supplier. Glad I am technical enough to figure things out, but am not happy that I cannot register the item incase of problems. Suggest that Netgear consider customers such as these.
