Ac1750 R6400v2 losing connection, no

First of all, I’ve had this issue seems like forever now and it’s starting to get more frequent now. Everything is connected and working great for sometimes a few days and sometimes even a few weeks. But then suddenly you have now WiFi... the modem is still online, and 2 other devices plugged directly to the modem are online, but no WiFi.. all devices on WiFi are not able to connect to the internet. All lights on the router show on and white as they should. Sometimes you can connect to the modem through the nighthawk app and reset it, other times, if the app won’t connect, you have to physically unplug the router and wait for it to reboot then all is well for an unpredictable amount of time. Then repeat....
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.... Peepaw

I'm having the exact same problem.  We called the internet provider who said there were multiple MAC addresses associated with the router.  They asked if we have anything connected between the router and the internet cable.  We don't.

You put that you have more than 1 device connected to the modem. That implies its a modem/router combo device. 

Which can cause a double nat.
