I have a modem in my basement With the rj45 hooked up into the wall which goes to a phone ata upstairs with a wire running from my basement to my kitchen. Then from the ata into the wan port of the router All works ok. However I bring my phone ata next to my modem in the basement and have It plugged and then plug The ata in the wall jack which the wire running to my kitchen and that into my router wan port and it does not work. I try another router and it works with the netgear it does not
