Access Denied You do not have permission

For some reason I cannot access aa.com while going through my router.

I have hooked up to the modem (cable) and can access it from the modem but not the wirless network.

Here is what I get ...

You don't have permission to access "http://www.aa.com/homePage.do" on this server.

Reference #18.be60dc17.1494007344.de1ee94

I do not have any parental controls on or blocked sites ....  I can go anywhere I want except aa.com

I tried changing the mac address but that did not seem to stick and made no changes ... it had to be on default or it would not connect to the internet.

Any help out there?

Thank you in Advance

  • Thank you to everyone that looked at this.

    I figured it out ....

I had to change the MAC address on the router .... I did this before but did not properly power cycle the network ... when it was done it worked great.

Not sure why I was blocked by American Airlines but I now have access perfectly ....
