Access control

FW V1.0.0.130

I noticed this a while back now have enough detail to review.

When I turned on Access control on the device it had never seemed to worked everything except wired devices would be blocked.  As soon as i turned it on even though  it was set to allow all the devices - all the devices would disappear.

Recently I added some additional devices . But first i wanted to make sure their placement would have a good signal.  I used  the NETGEAR WiFi Analytics app and I had 100%  for the intended placement of every device. there are now 19 active devices with audio devices on 5G and the rest on 2.4G.

I started getting strange disconnects on the network. Thinking it might be neighbors or pedestrians I thought to try and figure out what i was doing wrong with access control. This time when I turned it on wired device and 5G devices stays in the allowed list but all the 2.4G devices disappeared  and were block.

(Although I dont use the guest networks they are turned on - I am going to turn them off and see if it solves my other issue)

What am I missing?

John
