Account Reset

I'd like to reset my account password on the netgear website but everything I go to password it sends an email to me to verify the account. I have yet to receive the email after 24 hours. Not sure what to do.

What account and password are you talking about? (There are several on the website.) Why do you want to do that?

 

Explain the problem and someone might have answer.

The password for my Netgear portoal on https://www.netgear.com/. I'd simply like to update my password for security purposes.

Er, what is that? 

  • This place? (The Netgear Community?)
  • Mynetgear access?

 

I don't get the "portal" bit. 

 

Unfortunately, I have several different accounts. But none of them get me into www.netgear.com.

I'm guessing its mynetgear. This is where I registered my products and set up an account. Anyhow, is there a way to get help with my account? I'm trying to update my info but when I click on sending the verification email, nothing arrives (not in my junk, etc and the email is correct). See the attached capture.

...and on the sixth try, the verification email just came through. Odd, but all set. Thanks!
