Adding a port to CM1150v
Does anyone know if it is now possible to use ethernet port #2 now?

Does your isp support multiple public addresses or just 1? (most don't)
Do you have a router that supports wan aggregation? (most routers don't)
If no to both of those, then not, its not much good.
And if you do have a router that supports wan aggregation but don't have speeds >1gig, I'd avoid it.
Current setup: CAX80->Trendnet TEG-S380->GS716T-> RBK752->pi-hole

Port 2 is what I use to conect to my AX12 Router port 1 seems slower on speed but with Comcast my modem cm1150v does more upstream and resetting my modem more then I did with my AC1900 netgear

Punctuation and clear sentences. I'm not even 100% sure what you're saying here.
and if you're having signal issues, remove any splitters/attenuators/amplifiers from the line.
Also log into the modem and take a screen snip of the cable connections page and post it back here.
