Admin Login Problems - RAX20 — 4-Stream AX1800 WiFi 6 Router
I recently upgraded my router to the latest firmware, 1.0.4.100.
After the upgrade I could only login to the Nighthawk app or via my web browser after a power cycle of the router.
After it had been on for a while I had the same problem until I power cycled again.
I downgraded firmware to 1.0.3.96 and everything worked correctly again.
The problem occured when connected to the router's WiFi and via Anywhere Access on the app.
I do not use the default address (192.168.1.1) for the router.
Has anyone else noticed this problem?

Do you factory reset and setup from scratch after updating FW?
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the NightHawk RAX WiFi 6 Router products. Might be more likely to find someone who has seen this if posted there:

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.

I did not factory reset after upgrading firmware or after downgrading.
I don't remember having to do that with the last upgrade.

Sometimes a reset is needed if problems are seen.
