Copy+paste is often easier (and more helpful) than pictures. General advice:
"unable" is not a useful problem description. It does not say what you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual, showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or interpretations.
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for "Troubleshoot" and "You Cannot Log In to the Router".
Thanks for the response. I did not mean to be rude to a previous response but it came across as disrespectful to me (as a novice to this). I am finding Netgear platform not easy to navigate (ie posting screenshots). Not sure why it is an issue Best.

The non-psychics in your audience might find it difficult to guess what this "issue" might be. See "not a useful problem description [...]", above. Which part of "actual" was unclear?
You now have two people offering the same suggestion about the form of the URL which you're using. Have you considered trying it?

I didn't like your lack of responsiveness, either. As for being "a novice", the less you know, the more important accurate, detailed, precise descriptions become. (And the less value your analysis may have.) What you did, and what happened when you did it, are what matter. Non-descriptive conclusions like "I am finding" often convey little or no useful information. (In this case, "no".)
