After installing new firmware R7000-V1.0.9.34_10.2.36 my Wifi is broken constantly, i need to reboot, what to do to solve this issue ?

Try a factory reset. if that doesn't fix it, you may need to go back to a previous version. Also, reconfigure your mobile devices by forgetting the wifi SSID and setting it up again

This worked fine as solution, but now i have slow connection on the 2.4 ghz band , ths 5 Ghz band works ok, how can i tune up the 2.4 band

Try to adjust the wireless channel of the 2.4ghz
