Airdrop on OSX 10.11.x not working on R7000

Airdrop is not working on the R7000. Latest firmware.

It's working fine on other wifi routers eg Apple Extreme AC, Eero, Unifi.

Is there a "setting" that needs to be turned on or off?

Did you try other firmware versions?

Yes, tried it on both signals.

What were the two devices ?

mac to Mac 

Or Mac to iOS

both are iOS.

As my title says, the issue is a Mac running version 10.11.x of Mac OSX.

Not iOS to iOS.

No problems with my configuration, although my configuration is R7000 (V1.0.5.48), iPhone 6 and 12" MacBook.

What version of osx are you running on the Macbook?

Can you post a screenshot of the ios screen showing the Mac in Airdrop discovery, and similarly the Finder screen with Airdrop showing your iPhone? Trying to compare what should be happening. Thanks
