Armor subscription transfer
I have just purchased a new router - Orbi RBR853 - and wish to transfer my Armor subscription. I have been on 2 chat sessions and 1 phone call with support, each time being promised that this will be fixed, and so far nothing! Surely this is not a difficult thing to do and probably should be a self service activity. Has anyone else been able to transfer their subscription, easily?

Re: Armor subscription transfer
You will want to change your subscription by emailing our Customer Care team at customer.service@netgear.com. Include your router’s serial number in your email.

Re: Armor subscription transfer
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Armor product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Armor and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/NETGEAR-Armor/bd-p/en-home-armor
https://www.netgear.com/landings/armor
Good Luck.

Re: Armor subscription transfer
Thanks Darren. I gave up on Netgear and managed to get the Bitdefender support team to make the transfer. Not a great experience from either company but it's now resolved.
