Attached Devices does not show attached devices
I have my current router updated to the latest firmware. I cannot see what devices are connected at all when I go to my “Attached Devices” list. Nothing appears in the “Access Control” menu either. Many have said to use a previous firmware of the router (Ver. 1.4.1 I believe) but I am unable to find it in the support page for the RS400. What are my options?

Re: Attached Devices does not show attached devices
Hello,
I've been having the same problem lately:
The router shows an empty list for 'attached devices' and no connected devices for 'access control'. (there should be 4-7 devices active at any one time) The Nighthawk app shows "connected devices not found'.
I have just updated to firmware V1.5.0.54_10.0.48, but that didn't solve it.
Any ideas on what might cause this and how to solve it?
Many thanks,
JanJan
