BOGUS "DoS Attack: Ping Sweep"
My main router is a R7800. I am testing a second R7800 on the same network (in router mode). Both on latest .44 firmware.
The second R7800 is complaining about "DoS Attack: Ping Sweep"'s coming from the primary R7800 WAN ip address!
Model: R7800|Nighthawk X4S AC2600 WiFi Router

Re: BOGUS "DoS Attack: Ping Sweep"
The main router is also complaining that a Ring camera in the nextwork at the exact same moment is also "DoS Attack: Ping Sweep". WireShark shows that is NOT the case.
Either "DoS Attack: Ping Sweep" is real -- and that means Netgear's own routers are initiating a DoS attack. or "DoS Attack: Ping Sweep" is bogus, meaning that the DoS warning is a false alarm. No matter how you look at it, Netgear is in trouble.
