Try telling people what the problem is.
If "All other phones and laptops connect", what makes you think your router is the problem?
Does the new phone connect to other wifi sources?
Do you own some Netgear hardware?

Re: BOUGHT A NEW PHONE- WIFI SHOWS "CONNECTED, NO INTERNET" All other phones and laptops i
Thank you, and sorry about that! I was in a hurry and I had to rush off.
Thank you for your patience.
I am using a MotoG Play 2021- it can connect to other WiFi, just not the one I am trying to fix now.
I apologize, but I may not be able to respond to may of your other questions, because this stuff isn't something I know a lot about.
🙂
The router is an AC1200, Model number R6 120.
The modem is Arris TM 1602.
I don't know what firmware is...and I do not know how I am connecting to the router.
Thank you for any help that you may gve me.
🙂
