[BUG] How to completely remove a readyshare share, plus admin tool locks up

Currently have a drive hooked up to the USB 3 port in front, have been able to make it actually work for a whole week without router weirdness. Drive is formatted NTFS and passes all scans when I hook it up to windows.

But one of the partitions was shared twice -- once at the top directory, and a second share at a subdirectory.  When I clicked the Delete button for that second share, it left the line item still there in the administrative interface, indicating "not shared." What I wanted to do was have the router not think about trying to share the same partition twice, hoping to avoid it's becoming confused.
BUG #1: There doesn't appear to be a way to actually remove that second empty share, and it survives reboots/reconnects...it's just there as litter.  I haven't found any posts that might indicate a work-around...other that going back to Factory Settings...
BUG #2:  The router misbehaves after a week or so of normal operation with ReadyShare Storage.  While it does continue to serve network traffic and readyshare files normally, if I log in to the administrative panel and go to Advanced>USB Functions>ReadyShare Storage the display doesn't paint at all. Once this happens, the whole administrative tool locks up. Nothing works, and you can't log in ever again until a reboot. (I actually waited a full 24 hours and used several different computers to attempt to log in -- you don't even get as far as the user/pwd pop-up screen, the router just doesn't want to respond any more.)
