Best Firmware for Nighthawk R7000?

I currently am on FW V1.0.6.40_1.1.90

Would it be a good idea to flash the Beta FW 1.0.5.60 

on my R7000?

Hi All,

If you have an Arlo cameras and you want to use the R7000 as the base station, you may use the v1.0.6.40. But if you do not have the Arlo camera, you may use the v1.0.5.60 and check for the release notes.

Which I would use. Every newer firmware gave me issues with WAN speed.
