I had an intruder logged in from a local IP that is a Comcast Public WiFi. It is over a mile and a half away. I want to block their IP. I am not clear on how to do that. I did not get a MAC address, only an IP. Thanks,

Can you be more specific? What are they logged into? Your router? Your router's Wi-Fi? A machine on your home network?
