Blocking an iPhone 6 Does Not Work
I first reserved the IP address for the phone. I selected the device and 'blocked' it. The device is showing up in Genie as 'Blocked'. The phone still connects to the router and uses data just as it did before blocking. Any ideas? Thanks

Even if a device is set to "Blocking", the Access Control must be turned on to make the router blocking the device. Note that the WiFi association to the SSID is still possible, the device won't get a network config by DHCP, and will no longer be able to access anything:
