Blocking websites

I am trying to block tiktok, as an example on my R7000 router, but for some reason it is not working.  I can still browse the website.

Please see the attached screenshot.  What am I doing wrong?   Do I need to turn on Parental Controls?  I thought I would only do this if I want to use it in conjunction with OpenDNS.

I am running firmware V1.0.11.116.
