C3700v2 QR code not valid

After almost a year, all of a sudden lost internet. My NETGEAR doesn't show in available Wi-Fi. Tried to set up the cable router again. When scanning QR code, giving me a message "QR code not valid".

Have you tried hardwiring (via ethernet) into the C3700 and going through setup? tends to be faster
