C7800 Disconnecting

C7800 Disconnecting
Hey guys, my C7800 router/modem has been disconnecting from the internet often. After browsing the forums recently, I found out that the issue may be with my upstream and downstream. Ill try to attach a screenshot of the details. But if anyone can walk me through this, I will forever be thankful.

Update - I found out my upstream and downstream, it seems to be a lot of packet loss from my modem, here's a picture, the previous two pictures did not load so ill include a link incase.

Thanks for replying. I found some other people with the same issue, but I kinda need someone to walk me through this. I scheduled a tech to come over to replace the cables and stuff, so hopefully that fixes thing, but this is a known issue with the C7800 so Im not too sure what to do.
