Which version of firmware are you running on the router side?

What speeds are you getting? 120mbps and are you slowed speeds over wired or wireless? Wireless What speeds do you pay for? 1gig Which version of firmware are you running on the router side? The most up to date it says
what speeds are you getting hardwired in? that's the key.
And when youo're testing wireless, are you testing using smart connect? aka it could be running over the 2.4ghz. Which is a lot slower than 5ghz.

Do you have a screen snip of your cable connections page?
If you're paying for 1 gig, you should easily be able to get that with the CAX80.
In terms of wireless, a lot depends on what device your using. A 1x1 antenna setup isn't going to get the same as a 2x2 setup. Or even if you're using a wireless N dual band device versus a wireless AC device. or if you're using 160hz wide channels and the device you're on isn't capable of them.
So what device are you testing on?
Driver on that device?
Firmware on the router side of it?

You missed more than half your downstream channels and the other details such as uncorrectables. If you have any splitters, attenuators, or amplifiers in line, I'd recommend removing them. try changing the wifi on the 5ghz to a higher band channel. As far as I know the iphone 11 doesn't have 160hz wide channels. Also, what website are you using for testing?

speedtest doesn't always saturate gigabit as sometimes it selects test servers without those capabilities.
try dslreports, fast.com, or speedtest.xfinity.com
Is it only apply devices with issues? have you tried any windows or android devices?

2.4ghz is significantly slower than 5ghz and is more sensitive to interference. Its was the main reason for moving to 5ghz dual band routers.
You can try changing the wireless channel the 2.4ghz is on to a less congested channel. Or upgrading your wireless to chip to AX if you need a little more speed out of it.
On my orbi system, I usually hit around 30mbps average (peaks of 70mbps).
On my RAX200 syste, I can hit average of around 60mbps with peaks >100mbps. But again, those are peaks. its average speed is much lower.
2.4ghz is just that slow.
