CM1000 losing connection with R7000
Hello all, my setup of R7000 with CM1000 and EX6400v2. Several times a day, the router losing connection with the modem. The issue does not seem to be an ISP issue as service to modem is in place even as router drops out.
i have rest the router via Nighhawk app. I change connection cable between modem and router. I moved extender further from router and modem. Router and modem are using most up to date firmware.
solutions I have not considered? I am really stuck. Thanks

Re: CM1000 losing connection with R7000
What actual firmware is on the R7000?
Its not always "on the latest" or sometimes the latest isn't the best for it.
Do wired connections drop as well?

Re: CM1000 losing connection with R7000
You might try installing the latest 1.0.11.123 firmware. Then do a factory reset and reinstall and see if it helps.

Thanks for the suggestion. Seemingly worked for a couple of days, but lost connection between modem and router three times this evening

Re: CM1000 losing connection with R7000
For some reason some of the R7000's have had firmware issues. for the ones with issues, the 1.0.9.42 version tends to be the most stable/fastest.
