"NETGEAR05"?

Look at the product label?

First: Find your wireless router.

Is that device new, too?
The CM400 is a _modem_, not a wireless router. Follow the Ethernet
cable from the CM400 to your wireless router. If it's not connected,
then you might need to expand your search.
When you find your wireless router, look on its label for "Model".
With _its_ model number in hand, you can take the next step:

Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read.
If "NETGEAR05" belongs to your neighbor, and you have only the CM400,
then you probably want a router.
