COMPLAINT - FIRMWARE UPDATE FOR R6400v2

COMPLAINT: I spoke to john an hor back 10.6.20 who gave me a case#43514353 for firm ware update of my router model# R6400v2 & connected to tech support. Tech guy took details then disconnected my line & never called me back & no email.
