Can not connect
I have not been able to connect my Nighthawk D7000v2 to the internet - light keeps showing solid amber, even after resetting. (It worked perfectly at the other place, & is only 6 months old).
I’ve tried going to the netgear genie, but I can’t do anything once I’m on the page, because I’m not connected to the internet.
Please help!! I’m trying to run a business & have two stroppy teenagers who can’t get online.

There are plenty more where they come from. (See above search.) But it does depend on the type of NBN.
By the way, you have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Nighthawk WiFi Routers. Your devices is a DSL modem. You might get better replies, and find other answers, over in the appropriate section:
