Can someone help me with DLNA

Hi there,

I just hooked up a USB hard drive to my R7000. First, the copy and write speeds are horrible. It is constantly starting and stopping copying/writing completely. It just seems like to drop out. My copy speeds are pretty crappy - 6 or 7 MB/s (is this normal). I have also copied content onto the hard drive which is connected to the server. When I navigate to the Media Server (detected by my PS3) it isn't seeing all of the folders on the drive. Moreover, if I copy the content into a folder which is "seen" the sub folders I have created simply don't appear.

If anyone can offer some guidance I would appreciate it. This seems like it's one of those things that should "just work" and it appears this way at the getgo. However, it seems like I am doing something horribly wrong or such.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Can someone help me with DLNA

Well,

I realize now that the DLNA functionality is different from what I thought it was. However, is there an issue with the read/write speeds? It still seems way way too slow.

Thanks,
