Can't Register Multiple Devices

Trying to register the R9000 I purchased, and I keep getting an error message telling me to contact support.  Support won't let you contact them without the product being registered.  Brilliant system.

 

Also trying to register the EX7000 range extender I bought in May.  Same issue.

 

My old R7000 router is registered on my account, but it still will not let me contact support to get the other devices registered.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
