Can't access admin page for C7800
I can only access the admin page (192.168.0.1) after I reboot the router.
How do I access the admin page without rebooting the router?

Re: Can't access admin page for C7800
Yea I've tried 192.168.0.1, 192.168.0.1.1, and 192.168.100.1
The address that consistently works after reboot is 192.168.0.1 and it is also indicated as the "router" in the network preferences.

Have you tried a simple factory reset and reinstall?

Yes, I've tried the factory reset and re-registering with the ISP (the ISP controls the firmware so can't do a proper reinstall)

Re: Can't access admin page for C7800
I've attached an example of the type of error from the IPv6 test. So right now IPv4 sites don't work.
I've tried Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. I've tried on 2 laptops and 2 iPhones.

Re: Can't access admin page for C7800
Not sure why you think the ipv4/6 is causing you to think this is why you can't access it.
What error do you get when you try to access the admin portal?

Re: Can't access admin page for C7800
And you've tried a different pc?
Are you hardwired into the C7800?
You tried the 192.168.100.1 when hardwired in?
And tried different browsers?

Re: Can't access admin page for C7800
Yes, I've tried on 2 laptops.
I just tried 192.168.100.1 on Firefox and Chrome via ethernet connection directly to the router. Same result.

Re: Can't access admin page for C7800
Can you ping it?
Is there anything else connected to the router?
Like a managed switch, another router, access point, etc.
Just connect the 1 device after the reset.
