Can't access routerlogin from tower

Hi guys,
I can't get into routerlogin and i have tried to use the reset button on the router and have tried to do what i could find on netgear support and i haven't found anything i can use.
Its just saying DNS adress isn't found and i have tried to look at the connection and it stands on get automatic DNS adress
Hope you guys can help me 🙂

1. open command prompt
2. type ipconfig
3. check your adapter default gateway address.
4. type that address on the browser.
if still not working
- reset the device to factory default
- make sure your computer is not set with a static IP and DNS
