Can't register my R7000

Hi, I'm trying to register my R7000 router with Netgear and I am getting the following message "This Serial number has already been registered in our system by a support representative". I bought this new router a year ago in Chile (the country were I live) and I didn't try to register before. I want to register the router because I need to use Netgear Genie for remote access and, as I know, I need to register first. Thank you for your support.

I would suggest to contact support to verify the registration of the device.
