Hi, first timer here!
I recently purchasedhe Nighthawk X4S R7800 which is so far doing a great job... until i wanted to plug my 4TB Samsung HDD into create a network storage area.
I've been through the setup and enable ReadyShare, i've been on ReadyCloud and can see the drive and its contents from there but i cannot create a network folder to be able to map or just create a shortcut to in order to save my files from my windows laptop.
On the router admin page, it has a name and a workgroup and shows me the links to all the various ways of connecting to it. But the button to 'Create Network Folder' is just greyed out. when i type '\\NightHawk\' (As i typed in the name box) in the run box, explorer opens an empty window but no way to create folders and save files that way either.
I read that a factory rest helps, so i've done that on the router, also upgraded firmware on it.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks
