OK, so one would not expect to see anything about an Orbi.

First sign of trouble and confusing to me? I assume you mean open the Nighthawk app ("go into") but what does " when I try to go in when away"? Do you mean a remote connect? What "netgear orbi" is this? Local LAN or not? Are you putting in the correct IP Address for Remote?

So why is this a router problerm? Seems to me to be more of a problem using the app on the Note5 and trying to go to a different SSID/network.
