Since purchase, I can connect my laptop to the router, both wired and wireless. However, I have two cell phones, one Android, one iPhone, and, although both connect to the Nighthawk AC2300, R7000P router, neither connect to the Internet. What setting do I need to configure?

We need to know what you have tried and where it goes wrong.
There is support for the R7000P somewhere at the end of this link:
>>> R7000P | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<
Start with the Quick Start guide. Let us know where you come to grief.
It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router. The model number could be useful.
