Change password and name does not work

Currently the 2.5G andd 5 G channels have same name and password. I need to separte them so that my TIVO logs onto the 5 G and my SONOs logs onto the 2.5G. When I try to change the name and password, it does not let me and revert back to defalt name and password. I have had this router for about 18 months and this is the first time I have tried to cahnge name and password.

what firmware is on it?
